In respect of all customers, products will be processed according to order sequence, therefore we don't accept line-jumping orders. Also, please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. We only do pre-orders and products can take up to 1 to 4 weeks to be processed before they are shipped since our products are all handmade by only one person, therefore, we are unable to take urgent orders and will only start production after receipts of payments. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Please make sure to receive shipments in person. Shipments should not be left at places of delivery stipulated in your order if you, or someone you have authorized to accept delivery, is not present to accept delivery. Anyone at the delivery address who is 18 years of age or older will be deemed to be authorized to accept delivery on your behalf, once a product is delivered to you, or if a signature is required, delivery is signed for by you or by someone at the delivery address, responsibility for your purchased product(s) passes to you. We are not responsible for any lost shipments.
However, one-time exchange per order will be accepted in case of incorrect / faulty orders deliveries. We will only exchange for the exact same items in your order and it will only be the affected items. In case of exchange, please email us at thechezoo@gmail.com to request for exchange and provide us the invoice copies and pictures for proof in the same email and we will get back to you within 2 business days. Exchange request only valid within 3 days after receipt of shipments. We are not responsible for any shipment broken in transit to you. Please check sizes before making purchases, we are not responsible for size not fitting.
